Next Steps*

  • Selected REPs will begin outreach to potential customers and determine electric rates.
  • LP&L will announce how and when customers can shop for and select their electric provider. LP&L will also host open houses for customers to learn about and meet new electric providers. REPs to attend public information sessions to meet with potential customers.
  • All customers that have not chosen their electric provider will be assigned to one.
  • Customers will transition to their new providers and receive a final electric bill from LP&L.
