Power Outages

Providing reliable electric service is our top priority at LP&L. However, storms, high winds and other circumstances sometimes knock out power, and, despite our best efforts, service can be interrupted. When an outage occurs, LP&L works non-stop to restore your service as quickly as possible. 

With advanced meters, our team is automatically alerted when there is a power outage. You do not need to call to report your outage, and can track outages and restoration progress on our live outage map.

Data is refreshed every five minutes. Please note an indication that power is restored to an area does not guarantee your house or business has power.
