Our procurement philosophy is that competitive participation of the business community is vital to our mutual welfare.

The LP&L Purchasing Department is responsible for the procurement of all supplies, materials and equipment necessary for the delivery of services, for contracting construction and professional or personal services. LP&L is the only entity authorized to issue bid invitations, discuss price and delivery commitments and to release purchase orders and term contracts.
