Meet City of Lubbock Utilities Account Support Specialist Kista Jones. As part of her job responsibilities, she helps her clients by being a problem solver and managing their accounts. Fall is especially an exciting time for her family because it signals the kickoff of Friday Night Lights and football season with her son, Jaylon, the starting quarterback for the Estacado High School Matadors varsity football team.
2. TIFFANY LILLY-ESSIX HELPS EAST LUBBOCK YOUTH FOLLOW THEIR DREAMS AND ACHIEVE SUCCESS
Lilly-Essix is a customer service representative at City of Lubbock Utilities. When she’s not helping customers, she’s helping the community through her volunteer work in East Lubbock.
